We normally meet once a month for an amble of about 3 to 3 and a half miles . We share out the leading of the ambles. We would finish with lunch at a pub.
Ambles are open to u3a members only .
If you would like fairly gentle exercise and good company, please come and join us.

Please note that ambles take place on country roads, paths, bridleways, fields and tracks and are not suitable for anyone reliant upon a mobility aid. The ambles are conducted at a normal leisurely pace and you need to ensure that you are capable of keeping up with the rest of the group.
