The form of T’ai Chi practised by this group is the ‘Yang Long Form". It has 108 movements and was brought to the UK by Pytt Geddes in the 1950s, I have been practising it for over 30 years. T’ai chi, in the way we practise it, is sometimes know as a ‘moving meditation’.

Please note that to come along to this group, even for a taster session, you must already be a member, associate member or reciprocal member (if this is the only group you wish to join) of Cheltenham u3a.
